Named after Derek Jeter (pronounced "Jeeter") -
the twelve time, all-star shortstop for the New York Yankees who has played his entire career with the Yankees and is currently their team captain. He is also the all time hits leader for the Yankees and for any franchise at the shortstop position.

Jeter came to us from Beth Pariseau of Bix-L Boxers. Jeter is a double Mugsy grandson - Ch Bix-L Ricochet to Greyhawk, SOM - and the son of the ABC Winners Dog 2002 - Ch Bix-L Time's Triple Double "Kobe".
